In 2016, Sarah became the international face of a Ghanaian news network, GHOneTV and as an Investigative Journalist and TV Presenter, she explored various parts of the country presenting news and documentaries ranging from post election stories, undocumented rural villages, UNESCO Biosphere reserves, life and living conditions in the most dangerous slums, adventure and social impact stories that were designed to make a difference in the lives of the people she interviewed.

Her adventures took her all over from the sacred lake under threat from climate change in the Ashanti region to becoming the first to fly for the Kwahu Paragliding Festival for adventurers in Ghana. During her time in Ghana, she researched various environmental projects and tried to find a solution to the ever problematic air pollution, which led to her TEDx talk that year.
